1.3 Our Business Divisions
Our operation model is O2O (Online to Offline). We operate three distinct product categories:

The Sustenance Edit: Beverage and food products available through automated dispensing stations, vending systems, and robotic stations (defined as automated service systems that may include vending technology, kiosks, or contactless dispensing mechanisms)

1.4 Transaction Process
Customers browse our product offerings on the Website and then contact us via the provided channels to inquire about availability, pricing, and delivery. Upon receiving an inquiry, we respond with detailed information—including price and estimated delivery time. Transactions are completed when the customer pays electronically through external methods (such as credit/debit card or bank transfer) as directed. All physical products are fulfilled at our offline locations. The Website itself does not process payments directly and does not operate as an e‑commerce platform.

All prices are provided to customers during the inquiry phase after they have expressed interest in specific products. Once a price has been communicated to the customer and the customer proceeds with payment, that price is confirmed and will be honored.
Payment is processed electronically through external methods (such as credit/debit card or bank transfer) as directed following price confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices for future inquiries or transactions without notice, but such changes will not affect transactions that have already been confirmed.
1.8 Liability and Remedies
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and Indonesian Consumer Protection Law No. 8/1999), in no event shall PT. Asia Industria Aerem be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
However, in the event of a legitimate quality issue, the Company will replace the goods after proper investigation. If replacement is not possible, an equivalent substitute will be provided at no additional cost. This remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy for any quality-related claims and does not expand our liability beyond what is stated herein.
1.9 Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including trademarks, logos, and product designs bearing the EditLife, Edit Life, and M3J brands, are the exclusive property of PT. Asia Industria Aerem and protected by intellectual property laws.
1.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the following, depending on the location of the transaction:

For transactions completed in Australia: the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable .

For transactions completed in Indonesia: the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999) .

For all other transactions, and for any disputes not arising from a specific in-country transaction, the laws of Singapore shall apply .
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country where the transaction occurred (Australia or Indonesia). For all other disputes, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Nothing in this clause waives any mandatory consumer protections afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence where those laws cannot be contractually overridden .
